Who am I?

Hi, I’m Sandra—a coach dedicated to helping individuals build strength, confidence, and lasting transformation.

My training philosophy is deeply intuitive and results-driven, blending hypertrophy, fat loss, muscle development, lifestyle transformation, bodybuilding, and longevity-focused performance. I design programs that are both strategic and sustainable, helping clients build physiques that are strong, balanced, and built to last.

Fitness gave me my life back in the mid-1990s. As a survivor of domestic violence, training became my foundation—a way to reclaim my power, rebuild my confidence, and focus on what I could control. That experience shapes how I coach today. In every session, I aim to cultivate not just physical strength, but unshakable self-worth and resilience within my clients.

In 2007, I stepped into the competitive bodybuilding world, competing in Figure, Bikini, and Women’s Physique. Since then, I’ve coached both men and women to the stage, guiding them through precise nutrition protocols, structured training regimens, and polished presentation. My approach combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of the mental discipline required to perform at your best.

Beyond coaching, I’m a proud 50+ mom of four—no longer littles, but always my greatest joy. Family is everything to me. I also believe in embracing new experiences and creating meaningful memories. Life isn’t about accumulating things—it’s about living fully, boldly, and with purpose.
